We have a fantastic team of dedicated certified personal trainers who are passionate about coaching you towards your health and fitness goals.

We provide detailed instruction and demonstrations of each exercise before each workout. We then coach the workout, focusing on form, safety, motivation and fun rather than doing the workout with you. Our exercises are challenging, but can be modified by our coaches for all levels of fitness and to suit your needs. Our coaching team is inspiring, committed and fun! We will help you every step of the way, keeping you accountable and focused on your goals. By helping you with nutrition and meal plans, we have what it takes to reach your weight loss and fitness goals efficiently and effectively while having some fun along the way!

As a holistic nutritionist and certified personal trainer, Marissa knows what it takes to get results. She brings passion, enthusiasm and love to her coaching and to our yoga sessions. With decades of experience, she is a wealth of knowledge and understanding in helping everyone reach their goals.

I have been working in the fitness industry since 1998. Health and Wellness has always been a passion of mine. I love helping to motivate people to live a healthy and active life. As a mom of 3 young boys that started as a member at Ignite, I learned about self-worth and balance through our effective and efficient workout style. I started making time for myself and got great results!! I quickly developed a passion to motivate and help members reach their goals and became a personal trainer and coach at Ignite Fitness. Each and every day, I love sharing my goals and successes and seeing the positive changes in our members lives. I lead by example in creating a healthy journey for myself, for my family and for our members and I support our members' goals for their own health journey.

As a certified personal trainer with Life Coach and Diet and Nutrition certifications, it has been my absolute pleasure to help our community members become fitter, stronger and healthier over the last 5 years! As a busy mom of 3 children, I love this style of workout - the variety and the challenge - while being efficient and effective.
